Two next-generation blockchain platforms
The earliest electronic computer “IAS machine” was developed in the 1950s.
IAS is the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton, New Jersey, USA, which was the development agency at that time. Over the next 60 years, technology has evolved rapidly and has evolved into a new self-contained computing device with the advent of AI, big data, cloud computing, IOT, and more.
New machines have become indispensable tools for daily life and business, and have become an indispensable infrastructure for human society.
Technology has evolved dramatically over the decades, making it more convenient for people around the world, but more dependent on it. Unexpected malfunctions and troubles in smart devices, which are now daily necessities, can sometimes have serious consequences.
There has never been a time when there was a strong demand to ensure a truly “reliable state” by interacting well with these devices around us.
“Rebuild trust in the machine”. There are two blockchain projects that are being developed under this vision. That is “Trias” and “Triathon”.
The next-generation blockchain project “Trias” based in the Cayman Islands has a development team from Oxford University and Peking University, and is being put to practical use in fields such as electric power, marine, agriculture, forestry, and finance. In 2019, we expanded into Japan and established a corporation, and we are also developing products for the domestic market.
What are “Trias” and “Triathon”?
Trias is a layer -1 blockchain that builds smart contracts, development frameworks, and collaboration ecosystems that are supported on all platforms and compatible with native applications.
It uses a unique consensus algorithm that combines TEE (Trusted Execution Environment), which is a technology that prepares an isolated execution environment on the processor and enhances security, and a graph algorithm, and adopts a highly efficient consensus of 100,000 TPS (transaction). / Second) is realized. Boasting a high level of security, it is also suitable for business use.
It consists of a team of scientists and engineers from prestigious universities such as Oxford University in the UK and Pecking University in China, as well as scientists and engineers from major IT companies including Alibaba, Microsoft, and Intel. It can be said that it is a technically reliable project because it connects.
In addition, we have already entered into business alliances with multiple companies in China, and Trias is being adopted in a wide range of fields such as substation management systems and internal data management of securities companies. In the future, we plan to consolidate and deploy these applications as “Trias Force” on the Trias public chain.
Trias’ vision is to build truly reliable, self-sustaining computing services where systems and software “do only what is expected” and are completely under human control. We aim to rebuild trust in machines, the next-generation core infrastructure.
The Trias blockchain is divided into the following three layers. Each has a unique function that sets it apart from conventional blockchains, contributing to a significant increase in TPS and the elimination of malware and attacks.
- MagCarta (Magna Carta, Grand Charter)
Trias is a project that advocates a decentralized model (Trias Politica) based on the separation of powers in the Internet space, and contributes to the realization of fairness in the information world. If the above three layers are likened to the separation of powers, Leviatom is the administrative authority (execution of a series of programs), Prometh is the legislature (defining the attributes of each program), and MagCarta is the judiciary (execution). Based on the program, judge the quality of the service and share the profit).
TRIAS can limit the overexpansion of a single right by decentralizing power and mutually restraining each right. It also serves as a solution to the existing problem of inadequate regulation of blockchain rights.
Triathon is a platform that allows you to verify the security of blockchains and dApps (decentralized applications) through 4D systems in a “game format” before they are released. It covers all blockchain projects such as public chains, dApps, smart contracts, sidechains and web 3.0 projects.
Triathon originally, to verify the Leviatom of Trias test net was used as. It was intended to confirm the safety of dApps and smart contracts built on Trias, but it is a concept of gameplay and NFT (Non-Fungible Token) so that community members can easily participate in this verification process. Triathon is the one that incorporates.
Many of the blockchain commercial testing and auditing services provided by companies lack transparency, and the quality depends on the capabilities of the team. As a result, it is difficult to obtain an objective evaluation, and it depends on the cooperation and approval of an authoritative third party to establish a reputation.
However, Triathon is transparently real-time validated as a community built by public blockchains, applications (testnets), and participants. This validation is done from six perspectives: security, scalability, dispersion, storage efficiency, processing power, and adaptability, giving users around the world an overview of the process.
Users can experience dApps published on Triathon, verify the safety of their projects, and earn income such as TRIAS tokens and NFTs. Even if you do not have the knowledge as a technician, you can participate in the verification of Triathon by playing the game happily.
“Battleground” is deployed on Triathon’s dApps, and there are NFTs of the following three characters.
- Daemon-Allows users to define and enable protection mechanisms to prevent targeted chains from being attacked.
- Delusionist ── Helping users assign test tasks to the target chain
- Destroyer ── Performs a user-specified attack on the target chain
Daemon is a testing framework that runs under other chains using Trias’ “Layer 1” features. As the cornerstone of the Triathon Battlefield, the Guardian process supports the invocation, attack, and defense of combat. With Daemon, Triathon Battlefield can achieve fully decentralized stability, accuracy, and quality cross-chain testing and evaluation.
Delusionist is a task-distributed infrastructure for receiving and executing operational instructions. With Daemon support, tasks such as TPS score, network, CPU, etc. will be distributed to the testnet respectively. The smooth performance of a testnet’s tasks depends on its skill, defense skills, and the attacks it receives.
Destroyer launches an attack on Triathon’s testnet. Destroyer has six roles: a transaction (TX) attacker that attacks transactions, a contract attacker that attacks smart contract bugs, and a chain attacker that attacks chain node applications, so comprehensive verification of blockchain projects It is possible to find bugs in various aspects.
In Triathon, there is a demo machine named “Dungeon” that allows you to check the state of the test net during the game, and you can understand how the value of the test net fluctuates in real-time.
In addition, the dungeon also has the characteristics of an information exchange platform, and it is possible to exchange information, assets, and opinions. News about project updates and activities will be announced, and DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) suggestions and votes will be generated here. This facilitates collaboration and trust building between players, developers, projects and communities, making Triathon an open ecosystem.
In addition, the dungeon is equipped with a DeFi (decentralized finance) service that realizes “Play-to-Earn (P2E)” that allows you to earn money by playing games .
The Farm is Triathon’s staking platform that allows users to stake TRIAS tokens and swap with testnet tokens to support testnets. The price of tokens will rise as the test progresses, allowing users to make a profit.
- NFT creation / upgrade
Triathon Forge is a platform for creating and upgrading NFTs. Weapons are created by consuming TRIAS tokens, and the number of tokens invested determines the level of NFTs issued. You can also spend tokens to recover and strengthen NFTs.
- NFT Marketplace
Triathon Market is an NFT marketplace with auction capabilities that allow users to trade NFTs and tools used during testing.
In addition to NFTs, TRIAS tokens can also be exchanged, and tokens for new projects can be exchanged with the Triathon Launchpad described later.
Trias / Triathon token
TRIAS tokens can be used for staking in the Trias ecosystem, NFT purchases/upgrades, and governance voting.
Meanwhile, the Triathon Token, which is scheduled to be issued in the fourth quarter of 2021, is a token built into the Trias ecosystem and aims to attract a wide range of participants to Triathon.
Introduced to facilitate Triathon’s focus on test-driven investment and test-driven launch mechanisms.
The Triathon token is a derivative of the TRIAS token, used to test TRIAS’s upgraded economic model, and will be deployed in the Metaverse (virtual space) in the future. In addition, the types of tokens derived from TRIAS tokens will increase in the future.
By playing the game, Triathon users can not only be involved in project testing but also earn NFTs (Digital Assets) as reward rewards. This NFT can be used to coordinate the behavior of Daemons, Delusionists, and Destroyers, or upgrade to higher level NFTs to increase their rarity.
In addition, the NFT marketplace with auction function is implemented on Triathon, and you can exchange NFTs used in the game and buy and sell rare NFTs. At the auction held in October 2009, the total winning bid amounted to 4784TRIAS (equivalent to $ 63,000), and the spacecraft NFT was sold for up to $ 500 (about 57,000 yen).
NFTs in Triathon are not just collectibles, they are also test tools for auditing blockchains, and battle tools for attacking and destroying other spacecraft in the gaming world.
Triathon Launchpad: Fund your project
Triathon also serves as a new source of funding for the project, which the company calls the Initial Testnet Offering (ITO). Only promising projects that have survived multiple tests in Battlefield can participate in ITO funding.
There are five phases in financing, and the project side sets the ratio of token distribution and the amount of financing for each phase. Investors aim for higher profits by purchasing tokens, but if the amount raised is less than the set amount, they will not be able to proceed to the next phase, so a promising project with a lot of community consensus It is now possible to raise funds on a larger scale and faster.

Trias Country Manager’s Perspective
We asked Mr. Yoshikatsu Kitano, CEO and Country Manager of Trias, about the background of the birth of Trias and Triathon, the economic system and future prospects.
When I was a student, I studied abroad in China and learned Chinese. After graduating from university, he studied the restaurant business at Saizeriya Co., Ltd. and has been engaged in program production on TV Asahi since 2016. After that, he was involved in the launch of one of the largest mining farms in Japan and made a full-scale entry into the blockchain industry.
In 2018, he launched crypto asset media and has been the country manager of the next-generation blockchain project “Trias” since 2021.
What was the background of Trias?
Since the birth of the early electronic computer IAS, the development of information industry technology has greatly evolved after decades of continuous development. Over the last decade, technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and supply chain artificial intelligence have also made great strides.
Today, smart devices have already become an integral part of everyday life. We are surrounded by a variety of smart devices and enjoy unthinkable conveniences for the old man, but at the same time we must be aware that they carry hidden risks. Technical flaws and lack of control can lead to lack of control of smart devices. It is also true that hacker attacks such as rainbow attacks are becoming more sophisticated day by day.
Under these circumstances, how can we rebuild our computing systems and give people confidence in their machines? This is an urgent wish for humankind in the future. At this time, Trias was born as a blockchain project of a new era with the world’s highest technology and solid philosophy.
What was the background of Triathon?
There can be some sort of conflict between the creators (builders) of crypto projects and their investors (holders).
There is often a large gap between the vision presented in the project white paper and the products offered by the project, which can damage the holder.
Holders need solid evidence that the project will continue and evolve to ensure that the investment is safe, but due to information gaps, investors often appear to be gambling. It will be.
On the other hand, well-meaning project builders who want to contribute to the Crypto space face fierce and unfair competition. Due to the lack of effective testing and auditing methods, rivals take advantage of the ideas of many gambling-loving holders to suggest very good-looking but almost unattainable white papers and convince them. The hype project has attracted too much attention and funding, hampering the trust between sincere project builders and innocent token holders.
We aim to build a healthy and prosperous Crypto space for builders and holders. We believe that the core of this Crypto space is where full understanding and synergies are achieved between the two, and where malicious behavior from builders or holders is easily exposed.
To build such a Crypto space, you need to decentralize the original method for evaluating, investigating, and inspecting your Crypto project. It means promoting decentralization throughout the project life cycle. With this in mind, we set up Triathon as a decentralized community testing and auditing framework for blockchain and decentralized applications.
What is the principle of Triathon?
Triathon consists of a test infrastructure and a financial and governance platform.
Battlegrounds are the infrastructure used for decentralized community-led testing. Triathon’s battleground has three battle systems: Daemon, Delusionist, and Destroyer.
The Daemon layer allows users to adjust the number of node settings, the range of broadcasts, the distribution of nodes, and the non-uniformity of the test chain consensus algorithm. At the Delusionist layer, users are left to the testnet for TPS scores, networks, CPUs, IO storage, and other endurance testing tasks. The Destroyer layer allows users to simulate attacks such as payment fraud, software bugs, and attacks on nodes.
Users can participate in and observe battle tests where the Daemon, Delusionist, and Destroyer systems test the project in different ways.
Users can also see the test status and results in real-time in the dungeon. On the other hand, users can also use NFTs strategically to change the behavior of the three D-roles and create new test tools and frameworks to further test their projects. The battleground will evolve by the power of the community.
What kind of economic system does Triathon have?
Triathon has created an initial testnet offering (ITO), a new means of financing for new projects.
ITO will only proceed to a new funding phase if it passes the exams for a particular community. And only projects that can withstand the stress of reality will win praise, funding, and consensus.
Triathon screens and validates pre-release technical risks for new project testing. The entire process is being watched from the beginning by token holders and global space.
Through testing, we provide Testnet with comprehensive services such as funding, real-time technology security monitoring, performance improvements, and ecosystem expansion. Optimal performance improvements allow projects to be trusted not only by investors but also by the global space.
Through decentralized testing, Triathon helps investors find the right project to invest in. Testing reveals valuable projects and allows promising projects to participate in ITO funding. During ITO’s funding process, project builders need to provide a compliant funding plan to complete funding in stages.
Triathon also allows users to test their projects while playing like a game and earn monetary rewards in a variety of ways.
What is the future outlook for Triathon?
Testing is as easy as playing a game on Triathon. Run the test by replacing the esoteric jargon with the game.
Triathon believes that the Metaverse is the future that connects the real and the virtual world. In the Metaverse, atoms and bytes, humans and software, physical assets, and digital tokens / NFTs can coexist. That’s why Triathon creates GameFi, which provides an immersive experience for non-technical users to test blockchain projects in a real-time environment.
Users use and build test tools, attack testnets, start tasks, see their performance, and vote for their favorite projects. On the other hand, users can also make money while enjoying the game.
Triathon believes in the economic value of “building while playing” as well as enabling “play-to-earn”. Triathon is also a platform that allows builders to put technology and ideas into practice.
Project builders with their own ideas can design their own NFTs and test them in the community during the game. You can even launch chains and dApps for real-time testing.
Builders receive rewards for each donation. Triathon encourages the creation and evolution of technology and the growth of an economy where project builders and users can create and share value.
